Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Torr International platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Torr International B.V. ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility

The Platform is intended exclusively for registered businesses (B2B). By creating an account, you represent that you are a duly authorised representative of a legally registered business entity and that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe to be compromised.

4. Ordering & Pricing

All prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. An order is only binding once we confirm acceptance. Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply to certain products and are indicated on the product page.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms agreed upon during onboarding. Standard payment terms are Net-30 from the date of invoice. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to withhold shipments for overdue accounts.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, weight, and order value.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply. Custom or personalised orders are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, text, images, and software, is the property of Torr International or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Torr International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
